Continuous improvement and management of non-conformities according to PDCA cycle.
Material Disposition, quality inventory and quality costs.
Setup and monitor of process control (SPC, Inspection plans).
Monitor of performance and creation of statistic reports for methodical analysis.
Execution of in process/product audits and creation of audit reports.
Bachelor’s degree in electronic, electrical, mechanical or managerial engineering.
Proven technical background (at least 3 years of experience) in an electro technical company.
Proven experience in a similar role (at least 2 years).
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools (e.g. 5 core tools).
Knowledge of 8D and A3 problem solving methods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Italian, English; German would be a plus.
