We are looking for an

Inside Sales Engineer Switzerland

 

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

  • Technical and Commercial consultancy of the FAULHABER product portfolio
  • Responsibility for defined customers as a Sales Team member
  • Improving our market presence to ensure customer satisfaction and growth

Competenze richieste.

The minimum requirements for the ideal candidate are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Good knowledge of German, French, and English.
  • Excellent communication skills with an open, customer-oriented personality.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally.

Saranno richiesti i seguenti compiti.

  • Consult and propose technical solutions of the product portfolio to customers.
  • Achieve the personal and the Team Sales objectives set by the Management.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to define market trends, promotional activities and proposals 
    for improvements regarding the product portfolio.
  • Strong support to Area Sales Manager and involvement in developing new business opportunities.
  • Co-responsible for the customer and/or representative relation regarding objective achievement 
    and defend pricing policy set by Management.
  • Technical trainings and product presentations to representatives and/or customers, including travel, when needed.
  • Lead important customer projects and coordinate and collaborate with other departments.
  • Elaborating offers, receive and verify orders and coordinate internal activities with other departments, define commercial conditions in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Active use of CRM; data entry and regular update of customer activities and opportunities.
  • Check requests and orders to comply with export control requirements.
  • Provide necessary administrative and/or technical support to the Sales Team.
  • Collaboration to continuous improvement of the sales process.
  • Collaboration on the Maintenance and Improvement of the Company Quality System.
