On behalf of an International Organization based in Milan, we are looking for a

Sales Director EMEA

Competenze richieste.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial technologies and market dynamics.
  • Minimum 5 – 8  years in sales or business development, ideally within an industrial 
    or electro-technical environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and people development abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • High proficiency in CRM and data-driven sales management tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Saranno richiesti i seguenti compiti.

  • Build and execute targeted account plans aligned with Organisation strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis  and evaluate customer and market segments to explore 
    new growth potential.
  • Collaborate with peer regional leaders to drive aligned business expansion.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Support accounts receivable management and ensure issue resolution.
  • Drive proactive customer engagement and innovation adoption.
  • Leverage sales and market data to steer team priorities.
  • Deliver high-quality, impactful customer presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and technology developments.
  • Align regional marketing initiatives with customer needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
  • Foster collaboration across regions and internal functions.
