Collaborate directly in development of new production processes, costing, tools and cost saving activities.
Promote, innovate, develop and implement together with the R&D team members, automated assembly processes.
Development, implementation and improvement of processes following principles of Lean and DFM.
Together with quality department, define stable solutions, according with zero defect philosophy.
Technical Support to other departments.
Coordination with external production sites for transfer of assembly processes and set up of new production lines.
Management of a small/medium improvement project or Introduction of new standard equipment.
Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electronic or industrial engineering).
1-3 years’ experience in same role.
Technical experience or knowledge in manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and quality (Six Sigma certification will be highly considerate).
Excellent skills of problem solving and communication.
Good knowledge of Italian and English (German is a plus).
