Quality Engineer EMS (f/m)

 

 

in order to empower and increase the development of the organization in Mendrisio.

 

 

Your responsibilities

• Lead of customer and internal complaints.
• Continuous improvement and management of non-conformities according to PDCA cycle.
• Material Disposition, quality inventory and quality costs.
• Setup and monitor of process control (SPC, Inspection plans).
• Monitor of performance and creation of statistic reports for methodical analysis.
• Execution of in process/product audits and creation of audit reports.

 

 

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic, electrical, mechanical or managerial engineering.
• Proven technical background (at least 3 years of experience) in an electro technical company.
• Proven experience in a similar role (at least 2 years).
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools (e.g. 5 core tools).
• Knowledge of 8D and A3 problem solving methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of Italian, English; German would be a plus.
